These Terms & Conditions govern use of Wichita County Released Inmates. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not accept every term, do not use the site or its search tools.

Wichita County Released Inmates is privately owned and is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site provides purpose-neutral navigation to Wichita County and Kansas record resources. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.


Nature of This Website

This is a private reference site with no government authority. It does not store official records, confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor. Content points readers to Wichita County, Scott County, Kansas corrections, court, and federal resources that may hold relevant information.

Custody events and public records change often. Scott County may hold the physical jail record while Wichita County holds the arrest or court record. Nothing here is an official statement from either sheriff, a court, KDOC, or another government agency.
