Scott County Jail Serves Wichita
The Kansas Department of Corrections county-jail list states that Wichita County contracts with Scott County. That official arrangement makes the Scott County Jail or Law Enforcement Center the primary physical custody location for Wichita County detainees. It does not make the jail a Wichita County-owned facility. Scott County Sheriff’s Office operates it in Scott City.
